In 5 months Paul lost a staggering 30kg since becoming a member at Burn Boxing and Fitness and since this photo was taken, the weight just keeps coming off. To be honest these photos don’t do him justice. If he could, Paul would train for a minimum 1hr at least 5 – 6 times a week but with work commitments he would only be able to make an average of 3 – 4 sessions. The weight loss didn’t come easy. Paul had to make some drastic changes to his diet, which with a strong will he was able to maintain. Well done Paul. Keep up the great work!!
