Welcome to Burn’s 28 Day Body Transformation Challenge!
Throughout the course of the year we run our 28 Day Body Transformation challenge where we challenge our members (and non-members) to eat well and train hard for 28 days. That includes no alcohol, sugars and carbs and a minimum of 3 training sessions per week.
Depending on the type of challenge we running, at the completion prizes are awarded for greatest percentage weight loss, greatest centimetres lost, most classes attended or greatest time reduction for workout.
We have had tremendous success in as little as 28 days! With no calorie counting or calorie restrictions, we provide all challenge participants meal plans, shopping lists and training schedules, and if we’re running our 28 Day Fitness Challenge, we also provide 3 workouts per week for challengers to complete.
